Our recommended setup is based on the wax, vessels and wicks we use in our own candle brands and manufacturing work. You should still carry out your own burn and safety testing, especially when changing fragrance oil, but this system gives you a reliable starting point and removes much of the guesswork.

Breakages
Shipping glass with couriers sometimes leads to breakages. We securely package our products and place fragile stickers in visible sections of the box. In the event that you do receive broken containers, we will replace these.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
