How Private Label Works
- Choose your scent and pack size (50 or 100 units).
- Once your order is placed, we'll email you to collect your label artwork.
- Our team creates a digital proof of your finished candle for you to approve before we go into production.
- Once you approve the proof, your order is filled, wicked, labelled and ready to ship in 7-10 business days.
Every candle is filled with our Golden Wax 464 Soy Wax and fitted with the matching wick for this vessel — the same system we use in our own candle brands.
Sold in packs of 50 or 100 units. Turnaround from proof approval: 7-10 business days.

UK Delivery
We keep our delivery pricing as fair as possible by charging based on the size and weight of your order.
Small sample orders start from £2.95, most standard UK orders are £4.99, and larger bulk orders are charged from £9.99.

Breakages
Shipping glass with couriers sometimes leads to breakages. We securely package our products and place fragile stickers in visible sections of the box. In the event that you do receive broken containers, we will replace these.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
